NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS OF THE TOWN OF COCHITI LAKE
RE: Prohibition of ATV/UTV Use on Tribal Lands
The Cochiti Community Development Corporation (CCDC) is issuing this notice to remind all residents and visitors that ATV and UTV vehicles are strictly prohibited on Cochiti Tribal Lands.
Any individual found operating an ATV/UTV on tribal land will be:
- Subject to fines, and
- At risk of having their vehicle confiscated by Tribal Law Enforcement.
These regulations are in place to protect the land, ensure community safety, and uphold Tribal policies. We ask all residents to respect these rules and help prevent unauthorized use.
